A ServRite project manager owns the critical path, material verification, trade scheduling, daily reporting, progress walks, and a closeout walk with your team at the end. Our own installation and merchandising crews do the work, with logistics control behind them.

Can you work while the store stays open?

Yes. We run phased work and after-hours schedules to keep locations open, safe and shopper-ready while construction is underway. Some scopes run overnight, others during the day in closed-off sections — it depends on the store.

Yes. Steel racking setup, relocation and installation is part of the same scope — no separate vendor to coordinate.

That’s our core. We pick up after base build and deliver everything through to a shopper-ready store, including the final deficiency and closeout walks.
