Logistics & Warehousing

The infrastructure layer behind every ServRite project, and a standalone capability for retailers who need warehouse and logistics support on their own.

Two distribution centres in British Columbia and Ontario give East-and-West coverage for rollouts, resets and ongoing programs. NetSuite ERP handles inventory and reporting end-to-end. A customer access portal means you see what’s on the shelf, what’s in transit, and what’s been received. EDI capability for retailers running on automated supply systems.

Use it bundled into a turnkey program, or as a standalone service for POP, signage, fixture parts and new-store-opening (NSO) materials.

Fixture Installation & Supply

The fixture work that makes a store run the way it’s supposed to, repair, install and refresh, with the parts staging and fulfillment behind it. ServRite self-performs installation through its own crews.

We have well-established partnerships with design and fixture companies to provide an integrated solution for our clients. This includes warehouse racking and gondola, as well as signage and millwork.

Whether it’s one gondola in one store or 85 stores resetting in parallel, the same team and systems run the work.

Merchandising

The shelf-level work that turns a planogram into a shopper-ready store. ServRite handles the full merchandising lifecycle for both hard-goods and soft-goods retail, from a single seasonal reset to a national year-round program.

Interior Renovations

The full interior of a retail store, racking, construction, fixtures and finishes, delivered as one scope, by one team, from base build to opening.

A ServRite project manager owns the critical path: material verification, trade scheduling, daily reporting, progress walks, and a closeout walk at the end. Installation and merchandising crews handle the work; vetted sub-trades cover the specialized scopes. One accountable team from first walk to final sign-off.
